1964 FIA Ford Falcon Appendix K historic touring car is now - SOLD


A rare opportunity to acquire my fully-sorted, FIA Appendix K spec, Ford Falcon. Built to FIA Homologation papers 1250 and with current HTP. Painted in homage to the 1964 Monte Carlo rally cars and has its full exterior trim. This car is a regular at the Silverstone Classic and has been raced in HSCC Touring Cars, Masters and CSCC Classic K. Class winner in the 2014 CSCC Classic K series.

Professionally restored steel shell with Custom Cages roll over protection (ROPS); the car weighs in at 1140 Kg dry
Fully computer modelled for dynamic race behaviour by a well-known, top-flight chassis development engineer
Mass Racing 289 small block ford engine developing 420+ BHP.  Zero hours since full winter rebuild.  Dyno sheet and all receipts available
Lightweight, Alunox stainless steel exhaust system. FIA compliant up-and-back manifolds
Race spec, alloy case, T10 close ratio, 4 speed transmission with custom built prop shaft
Final drive;  4.1:1 with Gripper limited slip differential
Rear axle; 8" type with Strange drive shafts
Large stub/bearing front uprights
105 litre fuel tank, foam filled with gauge on dash
Holley Blue fuel pump with pre and post pump filters
GRP bonnet, boot lid, doors and front wings
